On the occasion of the 31 anniversary of the sahrawi arab democratic republic declaration. The sahrawi masses in the occupied smara congratulate all the sahrawi leadership and people in this occasion.

   We congratulate the sahrawi leadership in the of honer and dignity. The fighter of the sahrawi popular army of liberation for their great sacrifices.

We send our congratulation to the spirit of our righteous martyrs and may Allah put them up in paradise to the heroes of the intifada and all the sahrawi detainees in the Moroccan black joils.

On this occasion we renew our promise to all the strugglets.and to all the sahrawi masses every where that we will continue our battle for freedom and dignity no matter how.

We also renew our refusal of the Moroccan plan to give the sahrawi people an autonomy ouer their land and independence.

We lill accept no alternative but self – determination.

We wish all to remain stead fast and resist until they achive their goal for there is always a way when there is a will.
